Free Pre-K program – open to children who meet certain requirements
Program Description
The Rising Star Pre-K Program at Saturday School gives our youngest children a great head start with early learning.
This program is designed for children who are 3 and 4 years old, and who live in homes where English is the second language spoken.
Focus of this program: These sessions for Pre-K children will emphasize social and emotional development, as well as help in gaining early English literacy and math skills.
Enrollment is by referral only
Children must be referred to this program based on the following criteria:
- English is the second language spoken at home
- Montgomery County residents
- Not enrolled in any other school program
- Must meet income eligibility guidelines
This program is only offered in Silver Spring – at the Saturday School center at Montgomery Blair High School

Time:
9:00 am to 11:00 am, with free breakfast at 8:30

Only in Silver Spring – at the Saturday School center at Montgomery Blair High School
Apply:
Must apply before attending program.
Parent/guardian must attend the program with their children.
